I'm currently on Track-cation in Baltimore for the USATF Junior Olympics Championships where my 7 yr old took 29th overall in the 800m and 20th overall in the 1500m. Pretty awesome in a national competition!!
More on the trip recap later, wanted to share with you my favorite afternoon snack as of late. This is perfect for my chocolate craving that hits around 3 pm.
One yogurt + 2 kiwis chopped up - good amount of protein, fiber, and sugar for around 200 calories. Yum!
