My day started off with a horrible 5k for me, a great kids mile for my 7 yr old, and a parade in sweltering heat! It's only getting better though, as we are off to a barbeque and I am bringing these beauties. They were super simple and my 3 yr even got to help! You may notice I dipped some pretzel rods too - didn't want to let any chocolate go to waste!
Patriotic Strawberries:
2 lbs strawberries
1 pkg Bakers white chocolate (6 squares)
blue sprinkles or blue sugar
Rinse strawberries and make sure to really pat dry well
Melt chocolate in microwave according to package
Dip strawberry in chocolate, then in sprinkles
Set on sheet tray lined with foil or wax paper. Refigerate until chocolate is set. Enjoy!
