Weekly Menu posted!

I haven't had much time to post - last week got really busy at work and again, and now the littlest has been hit with the stomach bug (going on day 4 - ugh!)

I will update my 2013 goals soon - but things are going well.

Running is great - 40+ miles per week, sticking with the heart rate training. It rocks.

Strength - getting some strength incorporated with training the youth kids. Haven't made it to a class, but am doing the workouts with them.

Cross training - not so much

Eating fruit - yes!

Budget - tracking and savings

Weight loss - stalled

Menu planning - going strong. Food is not going to waste, and we are saving money!
